International Shipping


We offer international shipping across the globe for most products. Customs fees or duties may occure on international shipments outside of EU. Please note that international delivery times will vary depending on location and transit times may vary due to customs delays. All international parcels are sent with a tracking number, which is sent to you in a confirmation email after shipping.

Fabric is non returnable. Please order a sample.

For the posters if your product isn’t just right, you can return any items purchased on LifeshineArt.com for a full refund. We do not refund initial shipping & handling charges for items returned.
Please inform us of your wish to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt.
For any return or exchange, you are responsible for all shipping & handling costs. Goods must be returned to us in the original packaging or replacement packaging deemed suitable to protect the goods whilst in transit and they must arrive with us in the same condition as when sold. Once the goods have been received by us and we have confirmed their original condition, we will issue a refund for the amount paid. If the package does not reach us, we will be unable to complete the refund. 

Items damaged on arrival

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, you should notify us at contact@lifeshineart.com within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange a courier collection of the damaged item. Once we receive the item and verify the damage, we will replace the item within 7 working days at no additional cost to you.
